Brian is the Co-Founder of Springdale Custom Builders. He is an Unlimited NC & SC Licensed General Contractor. He oversees all aspects of building operations & pre-construction.  His interest in building started in single family construction at a young age which grew into gaining experience in commercial  and mixed-use/multi-family construction later on. In 2016 he founded Springdale Custom Builders, fulfilling a life's goal.

With a Construction Management degree from Georgia Southern University, a North Carolina real estate license & NASCLA qualifier for 13 states, Brian is proud to work with an amazing team that is continuing to grow Springdale. 

A native of Kalamazoo, Michigan, Andrea has had the opportunity to live in four countries (Scotland, Denmark, Norway, & the US of course!). A graduate of Western Michigan University with a B. S degree with minors in both Sociology and Business. Andrea's education and life experiences have helped to shape her passion for people, great work, and understanding of the beauty of things - from layers of rock in the Grand Canyon to a perfectly completed custom home. Building and designing the homes of people's dreams are no exception. Providing an exceptional experience for our clients through our clear communication and building a team with the utmost integrity rooted in strong core values is vital in making Springdale Custom Builders a key player in the Customs Building industry in Charlotte, NC beyond. Andrea also proudly serves on the Advisory Board of Directors for Foster Village Charlotte.

Zack is a graduate of UNC Charlotte with a Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management. He joined the Springdale Team as a Construction Intern while completing his education.  Zack enjoys seeing projects come to life. When he is not working, you can find Zack watching sports or spending time outside hunting or fishing!

A native of Augusta, Georgia, and a graduate of Georgia Southern University with a B. S degree in Construction Management.  Joe found his passion for construction.  With years of experience in construction, Joe is still writing his story to become the best builder he can be!

Olivia is a North Carolina native and graduate of UNC Charlotte. With a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and a background in construction, she is thrilled to bring her expertise to the Springdale team! When she’s not in the office, Olivia enjoys reading mystery novels, watching Disney movies, and exploring all that Charlotte has to offer!
